Conferweb search

Is there a way to add a search feature to a conferweb forum? I'd like to convert a set of forums to a FAQ area and searching by keywords would be great.

I use Phantom for this, and it works great. Since the forum pages are static HTML, any search engine that works for static content should work fine. BTW, if you provide an email address in your posting, I will notify you when I reply.

Continuing this thread. Google supports site-specific searching, but you have to be willing to have your pages returned as part of the public web. If you need protected search, for intranet or similar use, I have a script that uses the (now) built-in OS search (Spotlight) the search within your own website. Not as fast as Google, but it works. It's not online, but if you contact me, we can talk.
